About the Role
Springhill Water Services Ltd is looking for a Borehole Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing private water supply systems, including borehole pumps, water treatment equipment and associated control systems. You'll work on a wide variety of domestic, agricultural and commercial projects, providing customers with reliable, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain borehole pumps and private water supply systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to pumps, pipework and treatment equipment
- Install and commission water treatment systems
- Complete planned maintenance visits and emergency call-outs
- Produce accurate service reports and communicate findings to customers
- Work safely in accordance with company procedures and health & safety legislation
About You
We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and enjoys solving problems.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience working with pumps, water systems or mechanical equipment
- Good fault-finding skills
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
Experience within the private water supply industry is beneficial but not essential, as full product training will be provided for the right candidate.
