Increasingly, mortgage lenders, solicitors, surveyors etc. are asking sellers to provide independent reports on water quality & the sustainability of a spring, borehole stream (private water supply) etc. before money is released. Springhill regularly provide such reports, satisfying the need of those involved in the buying / selling of a property.

In the first instance we are happy to visit site & carry out a basic survey & water test free of charge. However, if a written report is required then this is chargeable. The cost of these reports is based on an hourly rate and will vary according to the needs of the lenders / buyers.
